ok So this is the gig!

I play world of warcraft, i am coming to the lan but i would really appreciate knowing if we could play wow there? so just to know we will be needing some sort of internet source... I know now that there is a wireless network in La Rotonde, which wasn't there last session, so i was wondering maybe if we could abuse of that?

and maybe you could organise, some sort of little arena tournament on a private lan server, with the people in the lan!??

Thanks in Advance

We actually might be offering LIMITED ACCESS Internet upon request. (i.e. if your STEAM got broke.. lol)

We'll make an announcement once we know for sure. Again though, if it is there, it will only be to fix STEAM mostly. We'll try to setup a 'download kiosk' or something where you can download files if you need something.

Confirmed! We WILL have Internet. (Assuming all goes well with UofO contract).

Our goal is to give everyone Internet access for the duration of the entire event. (Some limitations may apply ... such as NO torrents, bandwidth eaters, etc.)

But certainly, Internet will hopefully be available at your PC for checking E-mail, connecting to STEAM, etc.)

wired. SOUNDS like "fast" (based on unofficial reports, UofO has a 100Mbps connection?)

It will be a reading weekend too, so most of that bandwidth should be ours.
