Hello everyone Wink
I need help plzzz with an assignment for SEG2100..we are to develop a very simple application of our choice and the application will build on top of OCSF (Oreinted Client/Server Framework). Now we are to create requirements showing the problem statement as well as the functional, quality and platform requirements for our system. Then we are to create a UML diagram of the data we will need to store.
The application that I chose to build on top of the OCSF is the Airline Reservation System and I did the following for it:

A. Problem. Any company including Airline Reservation Systems has a growth rate and would expect to expand its services in the future; therefore the system needs to be flexible and allows the users to use a variety of services offered by the system.
We therefore wish to add a facility to SimpleChat, called a frequent-flier plan, which will allow passengers to select their journey and book their flights without any intervention by call-centre or travel agent staff. The system gives many services to the user such as maintaining lists of flights besides basic details of each flight, prices and special offers, flight bookings, and keeping the passenger information. The system allows the user to add, delete, query, and change flights, changes to the prices, changing, and deletion of bookings and reservations.

B. Background Information. Airline Reservation Systems in their earliest versions were not designed to support exchange of data between operators. Now the systems are available 24/7 and they have global reach. With the new Airline Reservation System, passengers can confirm their bookings online and they can print their own tickets. The user can actually see the cost-savings and competing prices with other airlines online.

But, I dont know what to write for the ISSUES CONSIDERED? I hope that you can help me with that plzzzz anyone!
Thanks
